To execute client orders with "n" seconds delay

Hi,

Using Meta Trader 4.

Requirements:

To execute client orders with "n" seconds delay based of favoring us. Parameter needs to be set "delay in seconds" By Symbol, By Client, By Group.

This means once the parameters are setup, then each client trade is automatically delayed for seconds (based on parameter) and then executed favoring company.
