I give supply and demand ranges top and bottom when price comes back EA takes over

I need a semi-automated system of supply and demand trading. First I enter a  range of A level high and low (values) in the EA where I expect lets say a sell or buy  to occur then the EA takes over the trade by waiting for price to reach there and then enters numbers of sell or buy  orders, the EA manages sell / buy orders and then closes sell / buy orders on conditions provided later. PLEASE NOTE range levels are numerous and may overlap so a good coder is needed with an on screen display to show range levels which is mandatory while other displays shown are ok based on the experience of the coder thank you.
