Specification

I saw a reasonable system on a website that trades on the strength or weakness of a currency index.

So I would like to ask you to develop a trading system using this logic.

Specifically, for the ±2 sigma of the Bollinger Bands(or another indicator which mesures the overbought/oversold) of the Currency Index,

I would like to make an entry when both reach the opposite side.


For example, in the case of USD/JPY.

When the USD index reaches +2∑ and the JPY index reaches -2∑, both are expected to rebound.


If USD weakens and JPY strengthens, then USD/JPY is short.

The reverse is also true.


Now, I would like to see an indicator developed for the major currencies that would give a signal when these inverse divergences occur. 

I am wanting the oscillator display to look like the bottom two windows in the image.
