Https request from mt4/mt5 running on mac

I have a request to code a procedure to make a https connection with post data working on Mac computers.

It can use available dll libraries but can't have to to use own dll (no need to provide the dll to ex4 / ex5). Also it shouldn't use standard WebRequest function of mql4/mql5 as it needs to add address to exceptions. Program must works in mt4/mt5 terminal runing in mac Parallels Desktop and CrossOver.
