Specification
1.The idea of the trading system is as follows: Market entries are executed when a signal is shown on the channel indicator (l have put an attachment which has the type of channel indicator and signals on it ).
2.Additional Opening trade filters: The Market price should be above the 200 SMA for long positions and below the 200 SMA for short positions. If market price is above the 200 SMA look for buy opportunities however if Market priced is below the 200 SMA look for sell opportunities. -There are two oscillators as well in the attachment that will signal buy and sell it should point up for sell signals and point down for buy signals. (Also its not every time the oscillator will show a signal but when it does it has to show same signal opportunity as the Channel indicator) -The RSI should also not be showing opposite signals with the channel indicator.-There two MA's 7Ma and the 2Ma should also be in the same direction as the Channel indicator. 2Ma above the 7Ma for buy and 2Ma below for sell signal. They basically filter out false signals.
3.Trading signals: Open a buy position when Market price above the 200 SMA. Buy signal as the channel indicator prints a yellow sniper signal on the top of the channel while the oscillators and the moving averages filter out any false signals. -Open a sell position when Market price below the 200 SMA. Sell signal as the channel indicator prints a green sniper signal on the bottom of the channel while the oscillators and the moving averages filter out any false signals.
4. Positions are closed: at opposite signals: Buy positions are closed at Sell signals, and Sell positions are closed at Buy signals.
5.Positions are opened: Positions are opened and executed immediately as the buy and sell signals appear at market price.
6.Risk Management: The number of lots should be according to my account size and should not risk more than 10 percent of my account size of all opened trades it should use high risk with controlled stop loss. My stop loss should be according to my lot size (e.g if its 0.01 the my stops should be more than 5 percent of my account size). Trailing stop is used to protect profit. Stop Loss is set if profit in points exceeds the value specified in the InpTrailingStop parameter. If the price continues to move in the profit direction, Stop Loss should be trailed at the given distance. Stop Loss cannot be moved towards the loss direction, i.e. the Stop Loss value cannot be increased. If none of protective orders (Take Profit or Stop Loss) triggers, the position should be closed by an opposite signal. No other position exit methods are available.
