Indicator based on the RSI

Hello i would like to build an indicator based on the RSI, 

please look at the "DASHBOARD RSI MULTICURRENCY FOR MT5" because i want something like that with this specs

1. It works in FOREX, simultaneous pairs, all time frames.

2. User customizable settings:

a) choose the pairs to work with, if its posible 8 

b) choose the times frames you want to work with

b) number of last X candles, EXAMPLE: 3 LAST CANDLES (it means that if im in the 5 minute time frame the indicater will take the las 15 minutes, and if im in the 1 minute time frame it will take the last 3 minutes )

c) delta on the RSI indicator in the specified number of the last X candles EXAMPLE: DELTA ON THE LAST 3 CANDLES MUST BE AT LEAST 15 RSI´S (it means that if i choose 15 the alert activates at the close of the third candle if the RSI moved at least 15 on the same direction)
