Volatility alert

I would like an indicator alert to tell me when a (x)minute candle moves (x)points in (x)seconds. I’m looking for candle bursts on a 1min chart. I want to run it on several charts at once. I would like an on-screen and text alert.... what I really want is an app for my phone.
