Forex bot for trading London breakout

I need a bot to be able to set orders at specific prices, stop loss,take profit, trail stop  and be able to trade at certain hour of day. I trade the 1 hour Chart...okay so I trade  the closing price of the 2am candle(as soon the 2am candle closes) everyday I put a buy order 150(15) pips above the closing price of 2am candle, a sell order 150(15) pips below the closing price of 2am candle. I put a take profit of 450(45) pips I only want the profit to take 2/3 of my profit..and a stop loss of 450(45)pips, Once 1st take profit hits move stop loss to 100(10)pips in profit and have the 1/3 of profit Remaining  running. The only time opposite order should be cancelled will be when opposite trade that was triggered first hits 1st take profit ( EX. If my sell order gets triggered and it’s floating 250(25) pips my buy order will still be pending.. once my sell order hits 1st 450(45)take profit cancel the buy order)  I need a bot to be able to follow these simple steps everyday at closing of 2am candle and follow the take profit rules and stop loss rules... I want to be able to control my risk also and I need it to be easy to customize the bot with settings to tweak
