MQ4 Price Alert with Multiple Iteration Mobile Notification

I'd like to set price alerts in MT4 beyond the default limitations of MT4.

Currently in price alerts, if "Action" is set to "Notification", then "Maximum iterations" cannot be changed from "1"

I'd like to create a price alert within MT4 where

Action: Notification

Expiration: (none)

Condition: Bid/Ask, </>

Maximum Iterations: 1000

Is there a best way to accomplish this?
