EA based on MA - developer needed.

I'm looking for someone experienced in MT4 EA coding to create a simple Bot that can launch and close trades based on the following criteria: 

Long trades: Entry rules 

1. EMA(5,Close) crosses above the EMA(20,Close), AND 

2. EMA(20,Close) crosses above EMA(50,close), and 

3. EMA(20,Close) is at least 30Pips above the EMA(50,close)

4. After above conditions met, “buy on the dip” - retrace down to touch EMA (20,close)

Short Trades- Entry rules 

1. EMA(5,Close) crosses below the EMA(20,close), AND 

2. EMA( 20, Close) crosses below the EMA(50,close), AND 

3. EMA(20,close) is at least 30pips below the EMA(50,close) 

4. After Above conditions met, " sell on the reface"- when price reface up to touch EMA(20,Close)

Lot size, TP & SL , maximum capital drawdown (%), to be provided as variables to be set manually 

H1, H4, D1 chart option - set manually
