Trading system from TradingView Alerts to MT4 (MT5)

We are looking for someone to build a trading system from Trading View Alerts to MT4 (MT5).

The conditions are as follows.

>From the trading view, it sends signals for buy,sell, close, and currency pairs.

>Signal with a webhook.

>In MT4(MT5), in addition to the lot specification, please allow to set TP and SL in case the system does not work.

>I want to be able to trade multiple currency pairs.

>I plan to use it for multiple people. Please add a function to grant permissions that can be used only for a specific ID or for a period of time that an administrator can use.

>Speed of trading is important. (There's no point if it's too late.)

>Since different brokers may have different symbols, I think there is a way to match the signal to the recipient MT4 with an arbitrary number rather than a currency pair.For example, if the signal content is not "buy,usdjpy" but "buy,12345" and the MT4 setting is "12345", it will work.

>Preferably, it works with both MT4 and MT5.

If you have a better idea, please let me know.
