Various indicators to be converted with all features to Ninjatrader 8

1- need to transfer the indicator code from the MT platform to the NinjaTrader.
2. Based on the indicator for NinjaTrader,  need to make a basement indicator that will be used to give signals in the market analyzer window.

3. Making a template for a market analyzer window.4
