Decompile indicator and re-write in either pseudo-code or a python function.

I have an ex4 file with an indicator that I downloaded from online. 'TrendlineChannel WC NLR.ex4', you'll find it attached. Here is an image of the indicator loaded on a 1hr Euro chart:

I need to decompile the code and for it to be rewritten into a Python function that takes the OHLC and timestamp vectors, then returns the outer and inner lines of the bands. i.e. the colouring /shading is not necessary. (If the developer can find the .mt4 version of the indicator that would be even better.)

If the developer does not want to write the python function, they can post accurate pseudo code instead, and I will write it myself.
