Creating a Position Managing Expert Advisor

Dear All,

I need a expert advisor which is going to close existing open positions with respect to defined rules. There are 5 rules to close an existing position:

1- Close buy/Sell : True/false

2- Time setting : After X minutes

3-Profit settings : Higher than X profit

4- RSI settings : The current bar close under/above the defined x level

5 - EA active hours: EA will close positions between  defined start and stop hours
