I have attached 4 screenshots for reference.
I want both an indicator and an EA, to be build on basis of this concept.
Both must be tested / back-tested as well, and evidence by screenshots must be submitted by the developer before you state that it's complete.
SS1 highlights
candle change percentage @ -8.5 or point difference between 1st and 2nd candle

Open trade in the opposite direction of 1st Candle close i.e. SS1 bearish, we BUY in this scenario and SL should automatically be set to 10 points lower then the 2nd CANDLE SS2 LOW unless I specify the value in EA parameter.

Open trade in the opposite direction of 1st Candle close i.e. SS5 Bullish, we SELL in this scenario and SL should automatically be set to 10 points HIGHER then the 2nd CANDLE HIGH (SS6) unless I specify the value in EA parameter.
SCENARIO: Always measure the last candle close with current candle close and evaluate the change percentage with volume of 2nd candle close. If the change percentage of 2nd candle is lower than 1st and the volume of 2nd candle is higher or even similar than 1st candle close than this scenario is valid.
INDICATOR must calculate candle percentage or points difference between the open of 1st candle to close of 2nd candle: there are few on MQL that can do this, so you need to find a good one. Example URL: https://www.mql5.com/en/code/8935. However, it must be able to run on any time frame based on chart opened.
example charts are (SS1 and SS2 for 2 candle close, for bullish BUY scenario) and (SS3 and SS4 - SS5 and SS6 2 candle close, for bearish scenario) so on whatever timeframe it must be run, we have to wait for close of 2 candles and take the trade on 3rd candle open, and only than raise the alert or EA must trade.
Whenever and on whatever timeframe and instrument (commodities, forex, Indices etc) this scenario (explained above) occurs:-
Indicator must raise an alert with name of instrument and mark a Circle on the chart..
I must be able to set Parameter for alert to be raised or not and color of circle etc.
EA must ignore certain/multiple times when to trade, if mentioned.
Parameter for timings to ignore.. example are 2 timings 0800HRS to 0900HRS and 1300HRS to 1400 HRS. I should be able to change them as per my need.
All time must be GMT and be able to run on both MT4 and MT5.
Default SL is 10 points, and I must be able to set SL, TP and also be able to put trade at break-even when the price moves xx number of points in profit.
Ability to close half position when TP reached and put the rest of trade at Break-even with target number of points set as take-profit.
Option to start Reverse trade if SL HIT.
And that's it, a very simple requirement and a simple budget :-)
