An expert to imitate manual trading

Hello,

I have a broker contract which doesn't allow me to use experts at all.
Please, suggest your optimal ideas to imitate manual trading.
Initially I was looking for a windows api solution to just press buttons in MT4 according to my signal.

The signal could be transferred from the another MT4 on the machine.

In your offer, write your estimated time of development and the full cost.

Must have previous experience to develop anything similar.
