Convert 4 indicators from MQL4 to MQL5

I have 4 .mq4 indicators that I need to convert them to mq5.

In addition to conversion I need all 4 indicators to be in a single mq5 file ie transform 4 files into just 1 mq5 file

In one of my indicators, I would like that when clicking on the name of the asset, the chart was loaded on the same screen see the image:

So when I click EURUSD the chart appears in the same window, without the need for me to go to each asset to add my indicator.
