Bolinger based alert dashboard/scanner

I want a dashboard that scans  market using attached bolinger indicator and makes an alert when price comes x number of pips near the bollinger line.

Keep the bollinger settings and add settings to choose number of pips before making alert.

Include email,and phone alert.

The graphics color should be as follows. Grey when price is not within X pips of the bands, Green when we have buy signal and price within X pips of the bands, red when we have buy signal and price withing X pips distance from the bands. 

Make graphics small enough so that many pairs can fit on screen. \

Give settings for box size and font size.
