How-to use the iFractals function

Has anyone used the iFractals function? I have been trying to find an example of how to use this function, no luck. I would appreciate it someone would point me to some doco on how to use this function. Is it possible to use this function in an EA (Expert Advisor)?

I have tried using iFractals() in one of my expert advisors, and have encountered the same sort of issue [not really knowing what values it returns]. I'm going to keep playing with it, but it'd be really nice if someone else knew what was going on.
