Can not find metasetup.dll

Recently noticed this warning in MT4 Experts tab

Anyone know what this maybe?

Should I have a Metasetup.dll or is this perhaps required by and EA or Indicator?

It's a 3rd party library... google Metasetup and you can read up on it.
