Mt5 doesnt save my profiles Please help!

Hello Guys I have a problem saving profiles on MT5 ,does any1 else have the same problem?
It either save it on a existing profile or it loads without any charts... Dammit im so frustrated I'll smoke snakes
Reinstall the terminal (the terminal take in the cellar of a forum). Report then result.
