I use 3 timeframes, 1 minute, 15 minutes and 1 hour

I use daily tf to determine trend and use 1hr tf for entry.

i am also following the same.I use daily time frame to determine the trend and for entry I use H4 and H1 time frames

A tradet should keep his eye on larger screen. Never ignore the weekly chart. In my opinion that We must see W1 for trend and open the trade by H4. Before open a trade at H4 please keep in mind that Bollinger band, RSI and stochistic are according to W1 trend.
