You can't get the signal if your leverage is higher than, 1:100

thats lame, 100:1? :( then why do some of these signal providers use leverages that are much higher ?

You still can get signal from signal provider if your leverage is more than 1:100. It's the signal provider who cannot send signal if their leverage is more than 1:100.

 Either they started providing signal before the 1:100 rule was imposed or they just simply does not read the rules https://www.mql5.com/en/signals/rules
