The Depth of Market has nothing to do with Time & Sales. It's better to read the documentation more carefully.
 
I come from day trading stocks and “time and sales” (also called Level 2 data) has always been a tool heavily utilized by day traders in that world.

Some real volumes correspond to info tick actually, and they don't have the flag TICK_FLAG_BUY or TICK_FLAG_SELL on for distingush their buy/sell nature.

In this case what is the correct logic to classify these info ticks with real volumes to BUY or SELL?

The new Time & Sales feature in MetaTrader 5 looks promising! It’s great to have real-time transaction insights with detailed data like time, direction, price, and volume. The histogram and export options to CSV for further analysis are particularly useful. Can't wait to try this on my demo account and see how it enhances my trading strategy!

It's new since 2016.
