To make it more clear.

Say the price to buy an EA is 400 USD and the 1 month rent is 100USD.

Imagine you spent 100USD to rent the EA for 1 month and decide now you want to buy it.

Should the seller change the price of the EA to 300USD for you given you have spent already 100USD on it?

Suppose that robot makes them $1000 profit in the first month they rent it, why would they bother about a discount? in stead of quickly purchasing the quality product.

And if it fails they wont bother buying it at all.

You need to calculate fees.

If someone will Rent the ea you will receive 100$ - 20% mql5 fee = 80$ .

If someone will buy it then for 300. You will receive 240.

80 + 240 = 320.

Suppose you sell the Rent for 100$ and the ea for 400$ you will receive 80 + 320 = 400$

In terms of the buyer the 20% fees apply the same for buy or rent.

Therefore the fee should not have any effect on this.
