If there are open positions/order on your account when you try to subscribe to a signal, you are asked whether to close/delete positions and orders immediately or to do it later manually. Probably, you selected the first option.

I made a subscription to try the signal services.
I had previously opened orders. When I subscribe the signal provider my previous orders were closed immeately. It was really bad.
