You can run multiple EAs on one virtual hosting server right now. Without additional pay.

Why do You want pay more money? There are no plans to multiply payments for virtual hosting

Can I Migrate Another EA to this VPS without stoping that 2 EA ?

No, for every change in your MQL5 VPS configuration, you need to synchronize/migrate again.

You can run your EAs on any VPS, but here you can only discuss and get help for MQL5 VPS.
