software purchased problem

hey brothers 

 

i purchased software from mql5

it telling me (( Verification of the entered data and registration of the purchase in the Market are currently in process.

If the payment is successful, the product download will start automatically.)) 

still now 30 min no any automatic download sent to me , i have confirmed paid message on my mobile  what can i do now ? 

any help ?
