It may be a good idea but I believe this should be offered to higher rating members or traders who can demonstrate experience in working with EAs.

Cause otherwise you will be bombarded with questions from novice people who are to eager to become profitable without willing to read the instructions . Or people who fail to use it properly and provide bad feedback.

Assuming your talking about reviews on the mql site market, from my experience free EA don't get many reviews (maybe 1 review per 1000 downloads) once a customer pays for an EA he/she is more likely to give a review one way or the other. Also, reviews aren't everything. You also need to sell them to benefit from top seller rankings of the market.

Sadly it is just available for old users (which is normal to prevent so much abuses of that feature).
