Historical data from metatrader 5

Hi,

 

I retrieved data from metatrader 5 using the option "File">"save" and saved the csv file to my desktop. I would like to know which are the information that was stored in the file. I guessed the first values were data, open price, high price, low price and close price. Nevertheless there are two more information that i can't figure out what they are.
