I also had the same trouble, but I managed to get it working temporarily, even though the broker blocked this service on live accounts. ???

In my terminal, I could not see the Signals tab when checking my live account, so I logged into the MetaQuotes demo account and the Signals tab appeared in the toolbox !

i'm looking for mt5 trade copier now.

I think that is the best solution  can do.
