problem in vps and signals

hello 

I have rented a vps from mql5 three days ago with latency 1.08ms and only signal synchronization. my signal provider have made many orders since and closed them but it haven't been copied in my plateform. why?

I have selected all four options in signal tab. 

can anyone help me? 

 
Probably the vps is not setup well. So you might have been offline when the provider places its position.
 
what setting. i just logged in my community account and cheked all options and my vps is active now. it was all i did. meantime i received one signal yesterday among a lot of orders. if you know another setting or suggestion, please tell me. my brain was tired anymore.
