ActivTrades and signals
They are a bróker... are you using their versión of MT4 or did you try to setup an MT4 from somewhere else to get signals?
I thought they got their signals from Zulu Trade and that is via a plugin or EA that receives signals and then executes them on your platform.
Most of their "signals" may not execute themselves on your accout but only display as trade indicators.
They have a chat feature you should probably use and ask them directly.
