Subscription not Permitted

I just opened a Real (Live) trading account to send signals using the mql5 signal service to my subscribers but once I completed all of the required fields and it posted that my service was "online" I can go to my link for my signals on mql's website and it will have box that says "Subscription not Permitted" 

Does anyone know what the problem could be?

It may be for different reasons ... may be - your signal is very new one without any history and it requires some testing period ... anyway - you can check the rules here https://www.mql5.com/en/signals/rules

but I have looked at this link over and over and can't see anything that states as to why my account would say this .. Do all new accounts have a testing period ?? if so how long is this testing period

Personally I did not have this situation because the only signal I created was a free signal. May be - some other users may reply here sorry.

Go to your signal (in the "Edit") and see all warnings.

because I can go to " Signals" and go to "date created" and find a ton of signal providers taht have NO TRADES what so ever so it would have to be a deposit thing I hope...

I assume since there are tons with no "ratings" they have just deposited that's all I have to do with this
