Stop Loss issue sometimes

Hi,

I'm running an EA on 5 different currency pair.

All is running on a VR Server so that my PC doesn't have to run all the time.

The VR works pretty good. 

The problem is, that sometimes if  I'm running MT5 on my PC, some orders doesn't set the automated S/L.

As said, just running VR without PC all works fine.

What could be the Problem? Should I turn off the VR if I'm running MT5 live on PC?

Any hints?
