Signal in the beginning of curent candel?

Hello, I wonder if you can get a custom indicator to just give the signal right at the beginning of the curent candel type the first few minutes?

okay the Indicator can now give a signal through the entire candel but I would like it to only gives a signal for a few minutes at the beginning of the candel if all requirements are met.
