Turnaround time for moderator to review new product?

Hi, I have uploaded a tool to the market for review and have not had any response from a moderator as yet.  Have read somewhere that the turnaround time for moderator to review should be 2-3 days but uploaded on 16 March for the first time and no response to date (we have used the opportunity in the mean time to add minor modifications, so not sure whether that caused the upload to move down in a queue?). Thanks in advance for any assistance/ guidance.
