in mql profile i found this line : 

To deposit and withdraw funds using bank transfer, you need to accept terms and conditions of the Agency Agreement Offer.

but in withdrawal section i dont find any bank option. to withdraw via bank do we need to contact manually to the support and arrange bank withdrawal?

Currently MQL5 does not provide withdrawal by bank transfer. but later they can add the option. you  can withdraw by webmoney,paypal and epayments.

Please contact Service Desk for proper resolution to your problem
 
Sheriff hasan is right.. currently withdrawal option is not in favor of bank but may be in future

thanks for the information,  hope mql will start bank withdrwal soon,  as paypal is not supported many country

 
yes paypal is not supported many countries but instead of paypal there are other options avail;able .. I hope MQL will add more options soon

yes atleast they should add skrill and neteller these 2 are supported in almost every country.
