Stop loss and take profit problems with forex

I have noticed that forex expert advisors have got some problems when hitting sl and tp.

Despite the sl has been set equal to 1.5% in respect to the money openprice, it sometimes stop at more than 1.5%, somethimes it has happened to have sl at 2%, so .5% error from the right one.

How do you explain that?
