can someone kindly tell me how to use mt4 API ?

 

my application is to develop my own web trading terminal, so I need to get data from meta trader  server and display data in my web interface like mt4 PC client.

in here (http://www.metatrader4.com/en/brokers/api) says about mt4 API, but I can't find a way to download it. can anyone help tell me the best way to start my application?

If you are developing for a broker, you are not in the proper forum. You are supposed to discuss the terminal and MQL here.

The API is only available to brokers. Some brokers will give you access to it if you trade MASSIVE volumes
 
You can use Tradable Embed open API.
