Why I can't input price and period in Jobs Service?

Dear all

 

I'm first time to use Jobs service.

 

When I opened a new job, looking for assistance from programmer, the website didn't allow me to input the price and period field, even after I had filled in all other fields.

 

Does anybody know why?
