cannot place an order

hi, do anyone know why i cannot sucessfully place an order in MT5 demo account?

when i place an order, after i press the 'sell' or 'buy' button.

i only see 'plese wait... order has been placed in queue' and i keep waiting then shown 'time out'.

may i know how to fix it?
