i have a question in mind. I notice many broker not allow US client. I don't know why. Is there any legal issue for US people to trade in forex

Yup, it's because of the strict regulatory framework in the US (CFA & CFTC). At last count I believe there are only about 14 brokers who will still accept (offshore) US clients

A broker outside the USA willing to board a US citizen must be registered in this country, e.g. paying for a license and complying with norms.
