Ok, I will answer you in this case, you have 2 choices :

1° We have a freelance section, you can find there a lot of traders who are asking to automate their strategy (almost 300 open jobs). You can also open your own job if you want, asking for traders.

2° You can answer to some of the numerous topics on this forum asking for code.
