Depends,

You can go to your custom indicator/expert window and change the inputs there. ( Attach to chart or when attached, click right mouse => Indicator list => select your indicator and open => click inputs tab )

If it is not possible on this way, when you have the mql4 file, you can change them there.

If you mean something else, be more clear in your explanation.
