American STP/NDD Brokers That Allow Signals in MT4??

I am having a super tough time finding brokers that can give an American citizen an account, utilize MT4, are STP or NDD, and enable you to use signals from mql5 on Metatrader 4. I have looked on the forums, but I have asked my old broker (forex.com) if they can allow signals, and they don't. I have applied to numerous brokerages, but 99% of the time they will not allow an American citizen to apply, even though I have a real European mailing address (I am in Europe anyway). What is it going to take to find a broker that has these qualifications? Any help is appreciated, thanks!

I use oanda and it let me use signals, but I have not tried to use them for some a few months now.
