TRYING TO DEPOSIT MONEY in mt5 but website says mail doesn t match

hey i am trying the whole day to deposit money in mt5 website says mail doesn t match , i did changed my mail on mt5 and it is confirmed now, the old ail is not confirmed anymore.

there is a message says 403 forbidden

I can only suggest some possibillities

You have opened an account on    MQL5 

With opening you gave an @mail of yours    maybe you have to use that same

 

For PayPal  they use also @mail adress connecting to your paypalaccount   maybe that is different 

  with the mailadress you use now 

 

About 403 forbidden 

I had also for a day that message trieing to connect to MQL4.com

It can be that if you ask Metaquotes directly   [e-mail]  your problem

maybe they know how to help you
