Meta trader 4 not working in windows XP
You need Windows XP with SP3 and all updates.
I think, after updating to SP3, you need to leave it for few minutes after starting the MT4. It will restart for few minutes and come back because of updating to last MT4 version.
is it mean after run MT4 your PC immediately restart?
If that case, I think your PC have problem with BSOD.
Usually conflicted with other software, mostly Firewall software or other software which accessing Network system.
I also use Windows XP SP3 32-bit, RAM 3GB, Firewall, AntiVirus, and have no problem with MT4.
The last time I get "restart" trouble is because I install software application for collecting bandwidth usage data.

I m Using meta trader 4 technical software in Windows XP.. but from last week.. whenever i m starting & opening meta trader 4 software my computer automatically RESTART...
thats why i 'm unable to use meta trader 4..
