How can I send notifications to a webpage?

How do I have my trading signals sent directly to my website (by email or otherwise), so they appear on a web page?

I have an indicator that provides alerts and emails based on specific trading conditions. When an alert comes through by email, the data is pretty basic, for example:

#EURUSD <<m30>> (SELL 1.1289) 2015.06.04

I receive perhaps 8-20 signals a day and I post them on my social media to keep a record.

But I no longer want it posted publicly and I want to have it posted to a private page on my website.

I have explored emails2rss which is really good and I have installed an RSS reader onto a page to decipher the emails2rss feed, but the formating is terrible and it looks like a data dump. I want to improve the way the data is displayed.

I would like to have some kind of table that displays the signal into the various columns (asset,timeframe,buy/sell,price,date/time) and updates as a new signal comes in.

How on earth would I start doing that?

There is an old article talking about this, FYR: https://www.mql5.com/en/articles/80

However, 5 years passed and there could be some changes. For example, the m4ti.com turned into fxblue.com, and so forth. You may need to do more study on it.

Although it is abount MT5, for the integration part, MT4 is same with MT5.
