meta trading platform problem

[Forex Trader]

hi

after updating to new version the mete trading platform refuses to open.

When clicking on the meta trader icon i receive the following message:

Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.

please assist here. I even tried to re-install - i still get the same message.
